Shipping Policy – Ghaimah Store

Thank you for shopping with Ghaimah Store (Ghaimah).

We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible to ensure they arrive safely and on time.

🚚 First: Order Processing & Handling Time

All orders are processed and prepared within 1 to 2 business days maximum from the date of payment confirmation.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed starting from the next business day.

During peak seasons or special circumstances, some orders may require a limited additional processing time, and customers will be notified if necessary.

Please note that all shipping timeframes mentioned below do not include order processing and handling time.

📦 Second: Shipping & Delivery Time

Within the United Arab Emirates

Delivery takes approximately 3 to 5 business days after the order has been shipped.

To GCC Countries

Shipping is available to the following countries:

  • Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
  • Sultanate of Oman
  • State of Kuwait
  • State of Qatar
  • Kingdom of Bahrain

Delivery takes approximately 5 to 8 business days after the order has been shipped.

Customers will receive a tracking number once the order is dispatched to monitor shipment status.

💸 Third: Shipping Fees

  • UAE shipping fee: AED 25 flat rate
  • GCC shipping fee: AED 100 flat rate

There are no hidden or additional charges after order confirmation.

📞 Fourth: Delivery Information

Please ensure that your shipping address and phone number are entered correctly to avoid delivery delays.

Additional shipping fees may apply in cases where delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • No response to the shipping company
  • Recipient unavailable

🔁 Fifth: Returned or Unclaimed Orders

If the shipping company is unable to deliver the order after multiple attempts, the shipment will be returned to Ghaimah Store’s warehouse.

The order can be reshipped after paying the new shipping fees.

⚠️ Sixth: Delayed or Damaged Shipments

We carefully package all products to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition.

If you receive a damaged product or there is a missing item in your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment and provide clear photos of the issue.

In case of unusual shipping delays, we will be happy to assist you in tracking the shipment with the courier company.
